Maxsa 37358 Park Right 21.5" x 11" x 2" Parking Mat, Black

I had tried similar products a few years ago. I found those did not adhere to the garage floor (concrete) very well and would slide out of position. We moved to a new home with a very tight fit in the garage for parking cars. Something like this became a necessity to prevent hitting the front wall of the garage. I bought one of these to try and it worked so well, I bought two more for my 3 car garage. Installation was easy (just make sure the concrete is clean of oil and other dirt, dust, debris). Line up where the car needs to be and mark a line on the floor. Do a 'peel and stick' for this unit (be careful and make sure it is properly aligned the first time!) and press it in place. Once down on the floor, these are virtually impossible to get up (which is a good thing!). When driving in, I go real slow up on the first hump and put the car in neutral to let it roll gently into place. Perfect fit every time. I highly recommend.

I bought this to replace a similar one block parking stop, which had the adhesive fail over a couple years. I have been using this for a week and its been working great. I appreciate the larger end bump. It actually will stop your car if you're going slow. Unlike others which just have one stop at the end and are low profile. I have drove over the bumps numerous times and hitting the stairs with said stops. I don't have a problem with that with this one. Its high enough that you have to really try to drive faster or attempt to drive over it.The mat only came with one long adhesive strip in the middle, which I don't think is adequate enough. So I added an additional two strips at the top and bottom of the mat. Seems like this really makes it sturdy and no movement at all. I suggest you do this too, as I don't think that single strip will hold up over time and especially in high heat.

This did work well for what I wanted. I did have to use some extra double sided tape to adhere it to the floor better. Without this tape, the front edge curled up a little and caused a tripping hazard. Once it was in place it did not move. The front lip lets you know when you have reached your spot. I did end up returning this because my wife didn’t like it much , but like I said it worked great for me and I did like using it. I gave it 4 stars because I needed the extra piece of tape.

Used pieces of painters tape to position, totally clean the floor so that when it sticks down it is perfectly positioned otherwise the double sided tape won't re-stick very well twice. Done right, they do not move or scoot, easily seen at night with reflective tape on tire stop. Wife happy = Husband happy :)

I’m really happy with this item. I got 2 and placed them side-by-side on one corner of the vehicle. This helps to make sure the tire is 100% on the mat. I have a small garage, so I love having this to maximize my usable space behind the car. The material feels durable, but I will update if anything shows wear. I did add multiple extra strips of Gorilla Tape adhesive to the bottom of both before I even installed to make sure it stays in place- I wouldn’t trust the single, thin looking adhesive that it came with. So far, so good.

Easy to install. Enough of a bump on the floor to get your attention when parking in the garage. Disappointingly, after use, they started to come unglued and now move about the floor when you drive up on them. Needs better glue!

I found the mat to be easily placed in my garage, and with the adhesive strip on the back, it has remained perfectly in place. I have just enough space in my garage to park my car because of other items there, and this parking mat has made parking much easier than before. The first bump is noticeable enough that you know your car is in place as you go over it. I definitely recommend this product.

I have a garage that requires I pull my car in just enough for the door to close but not so far up that I can’t easily walk around it to get inside my house. So for a couple of years now I’ve been eyeballing it and often not getting it quite right, which is annoying. With this device, I pull in perfectly every time because I know exactly when to stop. I like that it has a small bump first to let me know I’m almost there and then the large bump that tells me to stop. My front tire just nestles in between the 2. It has a large adhesive strip that holds tight to the garage floor and also looks decent. Worthwhile buy!

Works very well. Adhesive strip seems to be holding up. It has not moved since installed.

Low-end plastic mat that slides easily on your concrete floor. Not reliable and not something to trust at all. This should have been made of something more flexible and substantial - like recycled tires. If it doesn’t stay where you put it, what is the point?

Located pad on garage floor for driver’s side back wheel on my Tesla model Y. Used the backup camera with the white guiding lines on the backup screen to locate the side to side positioning of the cars wheels. After a few tries I had my location just where I wanted it.

The price is the best; good quality: durable and colorful. Just don't rely on the tape. I use very strong glue to have it glued to the concrete ground in my garage.
