Add prescription vision to your goggle in a snap! Fits most goggles including kids goggles. You can either take the insert to your eyecare practitioner to fill or you can fill out the form on the back of the packaging and send to S4 to have Rx filled.

Worked just as I'd hoped!
I had to wait a pretty long time to write this review since I needed to have lenses made and that required a new eye appointment (you need a current prescription.) I had the lenses made by the shop associated with my eye doctor and they make a fair number of comparable inserts (mostly for other sports). They were pretty insistent that I get polycarbonate lenses (safety glass) and that I get a non-reflective coating. The coating is important because otherwise you'll get internal reflections between the insert lenses and the goggle lens, potentially obscuring vision. I followed the advice even though it meant the lenses cost more. I just got to test the results during a week of skiing at Breckenridge - very cold temps, snowing most days but also a bright sunny day. In all conditions, my vision was good (except of course when the snow was falling fast and the clouds were on the ground). I thought the lenses worked well. I'm never taking them out of my goggles! I'd been warned about the potential for fogging, but didn't have a problem - but then I flip up my goggles when I go indoors anyway. Advice - bring your goggles when you go to get the lenses made so they can take the curvature of your goggles into account when looking for your focal center.

Must have for people who need glasses and love action sports!
These are wonderful and made our life easier, because it helped us see better. We use it for our motocross and ski goggles. Easily transferable and are not prone to fogging in any weather. Just have your rx lenses fitted by your local optical shop and you are ready to rock.

Perfect fit as long as you have a goggles close to face
After shopping around for quite some time, I finally found a pair of goggles(Scott Duel Plus) that are perfect fit. The goggles have to be close to your face enough. Otherwise, you may feel dizzy when you are wearing it with the insert inside. Now it works like a charm.

Cheap plastic nonsense
Just get some over the glasses goggles. It's cheaper than getting prescription lenses for these anyway. I'm not sure why I originally purchased these, but as soon as I received them I knew it was a bad idea. The manufacturer does provide a mail in option to get lenses for this insert.

Way expensive Rx to fill
$15 (or less!) for Rx goggle inserts is a pretty good deal. The problem with this item is that the prescription still needs to be filled. Amazon's description indicates that there is the option to "fill out the form on the back of the packaging and send to S4 to have Rx filled"... but what the item's description doesn't mention is that this option costs $91 (+ $10 shipping), to come out to >$100, per the back of the packaging. From another pair that I have, I can say that the inserts work and are good. However, unless you have access to a cheap option for filling the Rx, the cost of the insert is negligible compared to the cost of filling the prescription, which is quite expensive.
