Bouquet in a cup!
This chrysanthemum tea is an easy drinking flower tea. it’s pretty without the infuser and very versatile. I found I can drink it throughout the whole day and it’s also nice as ice tea. This is one I will be saving for hot summer days - brewed strong then poured over ice. It almost looked too pretty to drink!

Relaxing tea with really nice taste
This was my first time trying a chrysanthemum tea and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I since searched online and found that it is good for your eyes and for relaxation. I work by the desk all day long so thumbs up for that!

1. Place 3-5 grams of tea leaves in a pre-warmed tall glass, more if using a teapot. 2. Add a small amount of 95ºC water and discard the water after five seconds to 'wake' the tea. 3. Add just enough water to cover the tea leaves and place lid on top, allow the tea leaves to open fully. 4. Fill the glass/pot with hot water. 5. Enjoy hot, add sugar or honey if desired.
