I have severe lumbar back pain. As a nurse, I'm on my feet for long hours, and without some type of back support, my pain intensifies as the day goes on. This is the third brand of back brace I've purchased. I rarely leave reviews, but everything with this purchase has been so positive, it deserves recognition. The width provides support for the entire lumbar region and into the sacral area. The back weave is in a criss-cross fashion, much like a corset is. The support fastens with a 2 strap system, allowing you to tighten the back weave across your back, not just around like a wide belt. The stays are metal, not plastic, giving me very good relief from spinal pressure. The addition of a heating element makes this my number one choice all around. At home, I have the convenience of using a heating pad, in my car, I drive, even in the summer, with the heated seat on high. Heat is my go-to for relief of my most severe pain. Apart from the quality of this support brace, and a removable pad (for additional lumbar support), thr three level heat function makes a huge difference in my pain control at work. Now that I've found this one brace, I've stopped looking. I don't think an orthopedist could provide better. I was disappointed when the heating element stopped functioning after a couple of months of use but continued to wear it since the support alone was the best. This week, I randomly took a chance and messaged the seller of the malfunctioning heater. Within 2 days, they addressed the problem in a very nice message and immediately sent out a replacement which I received today. Nothing is going to take away my back pain, but this brace allows me the relief I need to get through my shift. There are no words to provide enough gratitude for such a speedy, personal response. Tomorrow, the heat is on! This one is a keeper.

This heated back brace was everything I wanted. Comfortable, supportive and adjustable heat. I am only giving this a 2 star because the brace only lasted 4 1/2 months. I've tried different batteries but to no avail. It's too bad as I need to replace the brace BUT i will not purchase this brand again. At least it was cheap enough but I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this brace if you intend to have it for any length of time. * * * * * * * * * * Update - After 4 1/2 months the heating pad failed to work. The company " Ginekoo" read my review and reached out to me. They were very responsive to my disappointment in the back brace and replace the back brace. I still think the product is a good product and does everything I want it to do. The product and company are 5 star. They stand behind their product. I would recommend this product based on my experience.

Nothing to dislike, simple to use and it does provide relief. I had used it to the point that I don't need it very much. I have a very sister-like close friend with scoliosis (sc), who has pain in her back and hips every day. Last weekend, I got her to try it and she had almost instant relief in her lower back AND hips. I don't know who was more thrilled! This woman has lived with daily pain all her life. I left the brace with her to use as long as she wants to. If she gets constant relief when using it, and if I need one again, I will order another one. Good price, great product.

Due to a condition of a pinched nerve in the lumbar region, my physiotherapist suggested some form of back support. This air traction belt was purchased to provide pain relief and, to its credit, it does perform well if it can be inflated. However, the pump that comes with the belt came apart after one month of use. I tried to reassemble the pump, but it now leaks when attempting to inflate the belt. I had contacted the seller via the Amazon app, asking for a replacement pump. Other than an acknowledgement from Amazon I have not heard from the seller. Since there is no other method of inflation except for the pump that comes with the belt since the connection to the belt is unique and cannot it cannot be used with a bicycle pump, the product is worthless. This could all be mitigated with some form of operational customer service on the part of the seller.

My husband has been wearing this now for approximately 10 days and swears by it. He's been a builder/contractor for 45+ years and as you can imagine has had his share of bumps and bruises not to mention chronic back pain from years of bending and lifting heavy items. He received the belt a day early and just in time for a major concrete driveway pour the following day. Usually after such an undertaking he's down for the count and/or laid up for a couple days with trips to the chiropractor due to severe back pain. His recovery can last several weeks. But he wore the belt all day and although tired from a hard day of work, his back was fine and he said he experienced no pain at all with no trips to the chiropractor. He wears it every day now and says it's very comfortable and easy to use. We're sold and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this belt to anyone seeking back pain relief. When needed will definitely purchase again.

I absolutely love this back brace but the heater element died in three weeks it seems like an afterthought for this back brace like it’s an ad on it’s not really made for this back brace the back brace itself is outstanding one of the best I’ve ever used but after the three weeks like I said the heater element died and I’m sure it was a cord or something because it’s just this thing you’re kind of Velcro onto the back brace and the wire has nowhere to go and you kind of make your own way of where the wires gotta go to get to the power port you know in the power port only lasts like three heating Cycles the batteries pretty weak I mean you get what you pay for I actually bought another one and I just know to run the wire a little differently and hopefully it will last longer because I really like this back brace a lot it supports my back and my hips incredibly well just the heating element wires kinda cheesy and you gotta kind of figure out a way to do something with it so it doesn’t get pulled on anything or twisted or broken

I had been watching the infomercials on tv and I wanted to try this type of device. I have been using an inversion table for many years and it makes my back feel better and I was only using it a few times a month or after some strenuous activity. I have no problems with the inversion table but I can feel it in my ankles and knees. That's the main reason I decided to try this device. I don't know anything about the belt I see on TV but this device does the job my inversion table did without the wear and tear on my joints. The first time I put it on it made me feel so good I thought maybe it was my imagination just wanting to feel better. I've been wearing it since and my back pain is almost gone. I wear it when I am standing and or walking. It is slightly uncomfortable when I sit so I remove it while sitting. It holds pressure with no leaks. Easy to pump up and discharge the air. My wife tried using it and now we take turns using it until my second belt arrives in a few days. Now I think I will fold my inversion table up and put it in the closet. This worked out great also because I was looking for something I can use when I travel. I would recommend this for anyone. Great job on the belt and thanks.

I have 4 bulging discs and a lot of pain. My spine is compressed, and I have degeneration big time. Part of my treatment plan is decompression (traction) at my doctor's. The table they use is EXPENSIVE to buy for myself. This is a great alternative. It does NOT stretch me as much as the table at my docs- it is NOT a replacement for that more intensive treatment. But it is excellent for a more gentle separation of my vertebrae. It's comfortable, easy to use, and when I'm wearing it, my pain is lessened a great deal. I've only been using it for a few days, so cannot speak to long term benefits, but so far I am VERY pleased and feel that this was a great value for the benefits I'm receiving. It came packaged nicely in a box with simple instructions. Quality of product seems high to me- sturdy and solid construction. It comes with a panel that allows you to extend the length of the belt. I am a large woman- 275 pounds with a 48" waist. This fits very comfortably, with a few inches to spare. And because it is adjustable, I'm confident it would work just as well for smaller people. This is a life saver for me!
