I just ordered my second pouch of this spice. It is a wonderful addition to meats and veggies. Even my picky husband likes the flavor! The rose is very subtle so you get just a hint of it.

What I need to say first is this dish is delicious with the ingredients recommended in the recipe it's a simple dish for Persian chicken marinated in Greek yogurt. It comes out amazing every time. However I took it to the next level when I topped it with some Rose Harissa from collected foods! Let me tell you, the flavor was just such the perfect compliment for the dish! These spices are high quality and so clean tasting. I promise you will love them!

This adds a beautiful element of depth to the flavor of delicate meats and fish or seafood.

The packaging is pretty and keeps fresh.Most of all the spices are delicious and fresh .Loved our lentils and salmon added extra flavor with Wild Rose Harissa . Yum yum

Perfect spice on eggs, in tomatoe sauce, or even dusted on chicken. Use it to make shakshouka and it was perfect blend of savory and spicy

Seems fresh and an interesting flavor. Disappointed that the packaging had staple holes through it with product leaking out. Must have been a recent issue as the product didn't seem to be affected. Packaging seems sturdy other than the puncture damage.

This was very good, fresh and tasty. I will purchase again.
