Orange tritium dim
Only thing I was disappointed in was the brightness; the orange tubes are visible, but only faintly in darkness. Surprisingly dim for T100.

Would be perfect but the crown is way too large and it's not the screw in type. I have to wear gloves at work and it catches often causing the watch to stop and/or change time/date.
