I bought this to steam the Costco dumplings for my son and it’s perfect—he’s obsessed. The size is great, it’s sturdy and well made, and I love that it comes with liners. Makes cooking dumplings super easy and they turn out amazing every time.

Exactly what i needed to up my cooking game. Sturdy, nice height, good quality bamboo for both baskets and chopsticks, and clean build with no burrs or splinters. My one and only dislike are the parchment sheets that are included. They're a pleasant addition but they are so thin they stick to everything.

received. it looks like nice quality & includes a lot of cool pieces like the dumpling press, dough cutter, roller, etc, that i didn't even notice when i ordered it. bought some cheese cloth to use with the rice cooker. i'm very excited 'cause i've been using stupid non-stick pots & pans for everything.

Worked well, steams well

I love these! I am not Asian, so I never considered steaming my own dumplings. But they are easy and fun, and these are far simpler to use than expected. Just place them in a wide pot of a couple of inches of boiling water, and place the dumplings in the steamer for four minutes. Done!

It works perfectly and fits many different sized pots.The bad, is I used it 3 times and it is already falling apart.

Works really well! I placed 2 tiers of 12 inch bamboo steamers on the steamer ring adapter. Then placed all 3 on top my Staub casserole pot. Doesn’t sit very level on the Le creuset pots because of the pot handles position. But that’s ok coz I can used it with many other pots.
