From hot to cold...
I like this hair dryer. Great that it dries and styles at the same time. It leaves my hair shiny and soft.Only problem is that I’ve had it less than two months and it stopped blowing hot, just cold air!!I contacted the seller and was told it is “out of stock”. They won’t tell me when it will be back in stock!! They told me they will give me a refund, but I must send the old one back and pay for the shipping!!!So basically, I got a defective product and have to pay to get my money back!! Ridiculous that they can’t give me a date of when I can get a new one when it is back in stock.I’m willing to give it another try because sometimes a single product simply can have an issue, but the others might work perfectly. Seems they don’t want the customer to be satisfied with their product.Such a shameful way to do business :(

I do not reccomend
From the design point of view, it is very easy to use and helps you reduce drying time a lot.Unfortunately, my dryer came without europe adaptor. I contacted them and their answer was that it is made only for US, so I had to buy it myself. If this would have been the only problem, I could have understood. However, the options “LOW/HIGH” cannot be used, since the dryer makes some sparks and heats so bad that you think it’s gonna explode along with your hair. I wrote them regarding this, hoping they will solve this situation, but they chose not to answer, which is completely unprofessional.This kind of customer service makes me feel I wasted my money, I got a product I cannot use properly and nobody cares. I do not reccomend this purchase.

Best Invention Ever!
This is the best one I have tried. It is the lightest and leaves my hair beautiful and shiny with no breakage at all! I recommend it for any hair type! Trust me I have tried many different ones and this one is definitely a keeper! I love it so much, I just bought two others as gifts for my daughters" birthday! You will definely love it too and get it fast, because the price will go up!

Awesome device for drying my hair. But mine stop working, is burn.
At first time this product works awesome, but months later is burned, good idea , but mine doesn’t work. And I can’t return. Only 4 moths.🤯😱

OMG! This thing cut my styling time in HALF! I have coarse, naturally wavy hair and with the right product, it looks like a salon job. Seriously only took me 10 minutes to dry my hair and style at the same time. EVERY woman needs this!My friend owns pink one this is much better, and faster. Would recommend to any one

Works Great... Replaced my Expensive one.
I bought this to replace my spin brush i bought a couple years ago for $99. This dont spin but neither did that after a month. I like the color of this and is easy to hold in either hand. Blows well and air is hot and allows your hair to keep the curl. I just spray a lil product on first. My hair takes no time to dry but its a fine texture. Great for the price!

So Far, So Good!
I purchased the Umal One-Step Dryer when my previous hair dryer (another brand) died after only three and a half months of use. The Umal is easy to use and puts out quite a blast of air to dry your hair quickly. I would have given the Umal five stars but I have only used it one time so far.The Umal looks exactly like the picture and arrived in good condition.

Best. Purchase. Ever. Seriously.
This is my first ever Amazon review. I don’t do reviews but I used this on my thick, wavy, frizzy hair and it is sleek, bouncy and all within 5 minutes (it was dry). Holy cow. Buy this thing for every woman you know! I have the Lange and the conair and felt like an idiot buying yet another straightening brush but this ladies is the one. Someone said life changing. I’m guessing my mornings will never be the same.
