16" easiLites Clip Human Hair Highlight by easihair ( Color - Plum Pudding )

I have the Appletini and the Blueberry Blue, and plan to wear them together on the same side of my head--the colors look great together. So far, I'm very happy I didn't go with the cheaper, synthetic options. The colors are bright, vivid and are true to the photos on the website. They both came curled, which is how I will store them, but were easily straightened using a low heat setting on my flat iron. I'll admit, I had some trouble with the clips at first and had to read some reviews to figure them out. The easiest way I've found is to pop the clip open, then use something like a bobby pin to hook a small section of hair as close to the root as possible and thread it through. Once I figured this out, I had no problem getting the pieces to stay put...even without hair spray or other products. I was slightly disappointed with two things: First, the Appletini piece came about a half inch shorter than the Blueberry Blue, but I've trimmed them to match. Second, the clip on the Blueberry Blue wouldn't close when it first arrived. I thought I was going to have to return it, but I ended up bending it closed with my fingers a few times and haven't had any problems since. I highly recommend them now that I have it all figured out, but I advise that you play around (straighten/curl, cut frayed ends or to your hairs length, test functionality of clips etc.) before you're planning to wear them.

I like to change up my hair every chance I get, so this was a good purchase. I have them in a couple of other colors, too!! My only complaint is that it looks like the clips are sewn on to the hair backwards. I took mine off of the clips and sewed them back on the other direction and now they're more comfortable.

These pieces are easy to work with. I even like to spray a little hairspray either on the clip or my hair for better traction. They stay in well. I will probably get more of them once my hair grows a little longer.

Overall, I think the easilites are a great buy to experiment with! I wanted to add a few bold streaks to my hair. Like the girl said in her video review, if you have fine, straight hair (my hair is very fine, pin straight, dark brown, no layers, and I ordered the "honey glaze" blonde color) then by the time I get enough hair to cover the clip then the highlight gets covered too. The way I found to remedy this is: I clip the highlight where it shows up the best just like in all the product demo pictures (up high near where my hair parts) and I backcomb the hair above and around the clip and shoot it with a bit of hairspray to make sure that a mere light breeze does not reveal to the world that I'm faking it. The clip is very secure. It just takes a bit more effort if you have fine hair, but a good product and great alternative to committing to dying your hair. I will probably order a few more!And yes, it comes curled but it flat-irons very easily or you can rinse it and blow dry it. It is 100% human hair.

The hair was a pretty good quality and easy to make straight or curly, however the clip was difficult to cover up.

Waist of money. Put together poorly.

I don;t hate it! But it was much thinner than I expected; and I have thin hair to begin with, from the pic i thought i could use just the one. but that is not the case. I would have needed at least 2 more. it was very curly and all i had to do was wet it to straighten it out.I know I will not buy another, not for that much money.
