They Really Work
These lozenges work wonders for a sore throat. They don't taste bad and they provide a slight numbing effect on a painful throat. If taken at the very first sign of a sore throat they will definitely lessen the duration of the pain. These are my go to during cold and flu season.

They work
This was the only thing that would stop the horrible cough that followed a serious respiratory ailment.I first had Strepsils in France, recommended by a pharmacist there. I was delighted to find the same thing on Amazon when I checked.

Not as expected. Item from Turkey
When taking any kind of medication even over-the-counter we really have to be careful. This product has labeling and instructions in Turkish. Not comfortable with a product. that is not FDA approved. Will throw out. Waste of money.

These actually work
These are a must because they actually help your sore throat, not just numb it for a small amount of time. I moved to France and we use these instead of the standard American numbing losenges (might as well be candy because they do nothing), and with these my throat actually feels better. They taste amazing too!
