The media could not be loaded.  I purchased SanaWell Neck & Shoulder heating pad about a year ago. While the high level setting did not get a “very hot” temperature, the heating pad provided relief to my neck/shoulders. Of course now the heating pad no longer heats up and the high setting blinks continuously! I tried unplugging and restarting to no avail.Guess I’ll have to trash this product but at least SanaWell got paid!

Very good quality. Soft plush material is comfortable, forms to neck and shoulders and has a nice magnetic clasp in front to hold it in place. Heat settings are easily maintained and shuts off for you when needed if you fall asleep.

it doesn't wrap around my neck enough and the highest heat setting needs to have more heat. the end of the pad ends in a roll that hits right where i have bone spurs when i sit in bed that has a headboard so i really have to do lots of adjusting so i get the heat i need but not the pressure on my back

I was involved in a car accident few months and I had a lot of bad neck and shoulder but this pad makes my it feel great.

This is perfect for my neck when arthritis is flaring. Fits well and is comfortable. Also comforting on a cold day. I like electric better than microwaveable as it stays hot longer and I don't have to keep getting up to reheat.

This pad has good neck-shoulder coverage (I'm 5'5 161lbs) but on its highest setting, it is just a little more than warm. Disappointed.

The pad does not get war enough even at the highest number.The plush cover slips and slides; has to be continually adjusted; and probably keeps the heat from reaching neck and shoulders.

The different level heat will help ease you neck and shoulders.
