Not the best quality.
I have been looking for a good quality kanafa plates but this is not great to cook in. They are not non stick, and the silver comes off when washing.

Unsafe and low quality product
The aluminum is rough and doesn’t seem to have been sanded to make it safe for kitchen use. Straight from the mold to your kitchen. I cut myself just by holding it tight around the edge which cuts like a knife.
