Excellent 3500k light that works on Hybrid and Non-Shunted Light fixtures.
This light just works with ballasts. It produces an expected 3500k light which is slightly warm and not cool white like 4100k and up. I prefer not having hospitals lights in my office, but some may have different tastes. Some of our light ballasts were non functional. On those lights we just directly wired directly. This is a NON-SHUNTED LED light. You must get Non-Shunted Lamp holders for this to work. It requires one side to not be connected at all. The lights tell you with a label what side it shorted and should not be connected to direct AC.
