Heavy duty lanyard with useful quick release
Another just what I needed item. The lanyard rope is heavy duty. Not like some of the badge ID lanyards that are basically shoelaces. The quick release is a simple plastic buckle but is very useful. So far, no issues with anything.

Very robust with a stout D-clip. Wish the rope around the neck was less stiff. This is a good option for something heavy like a phone or GPS. Wouldn't use it for something like a USB flash drive. It is overkill for small devices like an ID set or USB drive. This should last me awhile. Hopefully the rope will soften up a bit.

Perfect dummy cord
Save's me from dropping it out of my vest in the field and having to replace the transmitter again.... low profile and fits well through the special Garman hole

Nice lanyard but cane untied the first time I used it.
Seemed like a good lanyard at first but one side of the small strings knot came undone and pulled out of the plastic housing. I was snorkeling with my phone and could have lost it forever! Luckily the string didn’t slip through because the loose end tangled with itself. I wouldn’t expect this to happen to all of them but make sure you give a good tug test because whoever is tying the knots may not be doing a great job.
