Not as easy as they say it is!
What I didn’t like was when I contacted customer service, I wrote a detailed description of a problem I was having after all if you contact the company that makes the item you would think they would be able to understand what you’re telling them....NOT! They came back and told me they needed either a picture or video showing what I was talking about. Ok, they make the kit and publish the assembly booklet, you would think if you write an in depth explanation with references to pictures and page numbers showing the question, they wouldn’t need pictures or video. Ok, I went on to complete the kit as the picture shows. The problem was where a couple of parts did not fit tight, you couldn’t move on to the next step, so I made a decision to GLUE them into place. I have assembled several other kits by this manufacturer and this kit had way too many loose fitting parts that in order to continue to completion I had to glue them in place using CA glue. So my suggestion to anyone interested be prepared to use glue to keep your project together.

A Sturdy and Elegant Model
Th price of this model was so low, I did not have high hopes for the quality. Glad to say I was extremely surprised by my first wooden model kit. The wood is very solid but I never had a problem removing pieces from the frames. The design is very elegant and watching the airship take shape was a real joy. I did not have any significant problems with the instructions, but I would recommend this for older kids or adults as there is some precision required, particularly when setting all of the gears in place.I will definitely buy more models from this company. I'm thinking of doing the Hurdy Gurdy or Film Projector next!

The axle plugs needed to be glued on the propeller end. Gear would not stay in place.
Model worked well. Did not find a on/switch. When you wind the spring, the model takes off. I might have missed that part.

Difficult and fun
This was really fun to build, but very difficult. The pieces, especially the zeppelin, did not fit together tightly and completely fell apart. I had to use super glue on the whole thing. It took longer but was worth it. Most of the wheels turned, but the metal spring did not, no matter what I did, so it did not wind up. But the end product was gorgeous to look at.

Take your time and really study diagram's there a big help!
Better than plastic models to put together,no glue needed. Think this is the 6th different one and I think it would the 3rd hardest
