I dig this product, I use this almost everytime I eat my meal and with my daily working out. If you're looking into getting in CLA, I say do some research and if you want to try it out. I say go for it. Fish oil, CLA, & Vitamins is my way to go. Add some working out, you'll see results in no time.

Absolutely amazing!
I am 37 years old so it gets harder to lose weight, especially working long hours sitting down, in school, family, husband, kids plus my energy is not like it us to be. I tried many pills to help lose weight but some gave me stomach pain or I felt too energetic.
