DEWALT 20V MAX XR Drywall Screw Gun & Cut-out Tool Combo Kit (DCK263D2)

This is a great sheet rock screw gun. It has lasted me a while now through hard uses. I would recommend this screw gun for your sheet rock needs.

The screw gun is great! Zips screws in fast and consistent depth. It took me a little trial and error to figure out how to adjust the depth, but once I got it set it has worked great. The magnetized tip is especially helpful when holding the board with one hand and screwing with the other. You can get the job done with a drill, but they aren't nearly as fast and you don't get the same consistency on the depth.The cut-out tool has been more of a work-in-progress. It takes some practice to use it well. It is also a bit of an energy hog. However, I have other Dewalt 20v tools so I just swap out the battery and keep going.

Got a job for a drywall company and borrowed some tools for the first couple months. Finally decided to buy my own.Arrived in timely matter in perfect condition.After a good year and a half they still perform like new.

For me the drill pays it self in the first small project. I don't recommend to buy the drywall tips and put them on a regular drill or impact. This drill made the job easier, faster, and cleaner. You can adjust the depth of the screw which is very important when installing drywall, otherwise you cam ruin the sheet. RPMs are very important, and this drill have high rpm, and finally the price is not bad. Like i said before, it will pay its self with the first small job.

Having used corded tools my whole drywall career I was skeptical. These work great, batteries are great. The screw gun takes some getting used to if you are used to a corded one. I would recommend getting another larger battery for the zip (cutout tool) as it uses a lot of power. I use a 5 amp battery for that, that way I always have an extra when it's time for one to be charged. I love not dealing with a tangled mess of cords on the job.

Just got done with a nice drywall job using this set. The drill runs all day on a charge, While the cut-out tool is not brushless, it is certainly enough to get the job done with an extra battery charge. If your working all day I would suggest an extra set of batteries. Great tools, enjoy using them and would buy them again.

Bought when remolding my house. Worked like it should. broke a bit the fits hole I made probably too much pressure on my part.
