Lots of Fun
Absolutely love this. Price is good and this was perfect for what we were looking for. This was super cute at our 4 year old Minnie and Mickey Birthday party. Very good material easy to clean.The skirt part of the dress is made out of tulle. The spots on the skirt is a felt fabric. It spins very nicely. The top portion of the dress is also very cute with the embellishments. The straps are a halter strap but I threaded the straps through the back to make spaghetti straps. This holds the dress up better. It is very easy to put on and take off. She pretty much asks to wear it as soon as she gets up.
