Bark n Bag Chocolate Patent Croco Monaco Tote

Extremely disappointed in the quality and price I paid for this dog tote. I didn't expect nice durable leather but expected more than the junk I received at a primo price. The fake leather is more like a very thin, pliable plastic. Very easily cut if scraped against something- like a rough spot on a shopping cart, or rough edge of a table. Upon receiving, on first use, one of the top, side snaps did not work. The zipper opened then closed fine, but when I went to remove my dog, the zipper stuck and wouldn't slide open all the way, the teeth grooves were not aligned right and because the teeth are like plastic, it broke there so now no zipper. The side mesh is very thin and flimsy. My dog's claw when scraping against it upon putting her in, tore a slit right through it and her claws are filed down at least twice a month. I love the idea and look of this tote but it is a piece of junk and a huge waste of my money. Due to traveling with work in remote areas of Iowa, I was unable to find a place to return the item in time. I ended up tossing in the trash as I couldn't even give it away at my hotel for free.

I've bought this bag several times, but in the plain black. The problem & reason why I end up buying it over & over is that the sides of the bag start to bend in. I expect a little wear & tear sure but frankly I'm tired & starting to look for another bag. Loved this one because it really looks like a pocketbook & hides my dog well.. I take her to restaurants & movies, anywhere really without anyone knowing shes in there ( she hates being home alone, lol). However, like I said the sides of the bag need to be stronger so that they don't start to lose their shape. It sucks because the sides instead of staying puffed out start going in & press on her. Of course she has room & can breathe, plenty of netting for air but Im thinking its uncomfortable. I've been a good costumer but all good things come to an end.
