Beanpress - Colombian Single Origin - Fresh Medium Roast Arabica Ground Coffee - Medium Strength - 340g Ground Coffee

Well, I am not a coffee connoisseur but I have been drinking filter coffee for quite a few years and I have tried various brands so far as no matter how much I like a particular coffee I like to experiment with new tastes all the time as well as buying again the ones that I like.I have tried a few Ethiopian coffees mostly Yirgacheffe and I must admit that Beanpress - Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is the best one I had so far, delicate and aromatic exactly what I would expect from Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Although I have bought all the necessary equipment to make filter coffee - unfortunately still boxed! - the 'barista' way I still make my coffee in my five year old Russel Hobbs coffee maker which makes excellent coffee but having tried Yirgacheffe made the artisan way by a barista I can imagine how this coffee would taste when made the right way!Definitely not cheap but well worth the price, simply delicious coffee! Will definitely reorder.

Oddly despite liking a couple of strong morning coffee's I have no addiction to caffeine at all. I'm only interested in coffee flavour and don't need the 'hit' that comes with caffeine that some (not me) people get.As such I am always on the lookout for decaffeinated beans in the eternal search for the perfectly flavoured no caffeine coffee. Mainly because I'm perfectly sure that too much caffeine can't be good for you.And that search came to this. And it's good. Not quite as good as a full fat strong normal coffee but a pretty good effort nevertheless. Certainly in my lungo sized morning cup I found it flavoursome, well rounded and full bodied and a perfectly reasonable alternative to the wake up juice favoured by most.The presentation can is very well done offering up a bit of the modern 'coffee house' look that screams 'artisan' and therefore acceptable to those who want to ensure the Nescafe is hidden away when friends come around...Overall a good flavoured coffee that is probably one of the best decaffeinated types I've had and a good alternative if you want to reduce your caffeine intake.

The product came on time and I've one complaint and one observation. The complaint is that the tin came WITHOUT a lid. A packing error but a big one for coffee thats meant to be fresh. Once the foil seal is broken, open to the air!!!The 2nd is that while the first order cam freshly ground, this one was ground weeks ago. Not a great combination. I've bought two tins so far. I may send this back? but 50% error rate on order isn't great for £10 for a small tin. I'll probably not buy again from this seller.

Always enjoyed Ethiopian coffee particularly Yirgacheffe, previously used to get Illy beans in tins but they stopped being available a while ago (for sensible money) so have been using some supermarket/local coffee suppliers for various varieties, however whilst searching just in case for the Illy/Yirgacheffe I came across this, reviews seemed promising so ordered a tin. Good to see the roast date on the bottom of the tin was quiet recent, smells lovely when the seal was broken, putting it through our bean to cup machine the familiar smooth, slightly chocolaty but solid strength and taste was there (my personal view on the taste - may not be the same as tasting experts) - thoroughly enjoying this coffee and I suspect further orders will follow, happy to be supporting a UK company - when will you be roasting some Kona?!!!

These were the freshest tasting beans and coffee I've tried. I often find I love Brazilian coffee and this coffee is exceptional. It really is packaged well, so it is very fresh. I'm concerned as it sis now showing as out of stock and not certain if available again, so I hope amazon continue to stock it, as I've finally found a coffee I love. It's just the right strength, so perfect for both day and evening with a very smooth flavour profile and not bitter at all. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this coffee. We brewed using a bean to cup machine, we like our coffee strong and this Peruvian blend packed a medium and slightly fruity punch. Very enjoyable, well packaged and not overly expensive.

I’ve been trying some new coffees recently wanting to find some really special. I ordered 4 different ones from Amazon this being the last one I opened and have just made my first latte with it. It is amazing you can taste the freshness, this batch was roasted on the 5th December 2018. It’s also packed in a tin which is filled with nitrogen to help preserve freshness.The tasting notes that are described on the bottom of the tin of “nutty and citrus” really come through strong it makes a lovely fresh and very tasty cup of coffee. Will definitely be buying more.

These are my favourite beans now for espresso and they are also great for milk based drinks like latte and cappuccino. Received a can of this yesterday and straight to the coffee machine, lol, so nice coffee if could I would have two or three easily. Can’t wait for my next morning espresso to have. Highly recommended ☕️👌
