Absolutely fantastic back relief. This is similar to a product in SKorea that cannot be bought in the US (aqua cool red). I have tried emu, penetrex, biofreeze, Lidocaine, and every CVS knockoff. The only downside is long term use can’t be great for the skin BUT for pre workouts or post, this is the only gel that works thanks to camphor. I use arnicare for non Workout days just to relieve back stiffness. I have spondylitis with a lower L5 shifted forward. My back is always stiff and feels like a waking migraine. Only way to combat it is with gel and for me, camphor combo with menthol does the trick. Hoping this company is around for a long time. Great product. Thank you and 3 pack for $25 is a fair price.

This is pretty good for pain relief. Smell isn't bad, esp. as compared to some others. Unfortunately, I ordered the roll-on but was sent the tube. It didn't seem worth the hassle to return it. Not sure I'd order again for this reason.

I have burning pain on the tops of my feet most evenings, and had been using another product for relief. This Pain Grenade worked faster, probably in about 30 seconds or so. It does have a medicinal smell, but it's not all that strong.

Sent gel not roll-on I ordered. Kept it and it works well. Hopefully they will send correct item the next time I order. (And I will reorder. It really does help)

My sister, whom has severe arthritis used on her foot. Was a gift. She states works well for minor arthritis but not for severe cases; in any event worth trying. Good luck!

The reviews are on point: this stuff works! I sit at a desk for 8 hours and (must admit) probably due to my poor posture, my neck and shoulders are killing me by the end of the day. I roll this on and instant relief comes! The roller makes it easy to apply. And the smell fades fast! I've even applied it to my hands/thumbs/knuckles when I've had a rough data entry day and it gets me through! I like THIS over Tiger Balm. Much easier, more effective.

Basically like icy hot. I do Really like the roll on. It smells at first but fades (although maybe I just get used to it) it’s a nice distraction from pain temporarily.

Good product. Last longer than most roll on icy hot type products. Smell vanishes quickly.
