The sign arrived in great condition but I ran into the same issue that another comment alluded to: the sign wasn't metal, but plastic. It's my fault for not thoroughly reading the listing but relying on a similar sign I purchased before (a sign that says ABBEY ROAD in a similar style). The listing, at the time of purchase, did not make an attempt to specify what material the sign was made of. Unless that has been amended, then disregard my comment. But if you are planning on purchasing and there is no mention of metal or plastic, don't assume it will be metal.Still a great product. If you wanted to hang it with string or nails, there are two circle spots (one on each side, located where the red half-circles are) that can be removed so you can run string through it or use or fasteners.The red color is not as rich/dark as what is advertised but still noticeably red. I will not be putting this in my car as that is what I wanted to do with it but I will gladly hang it in my house.

My mistake--I thought this was a tin sign but it's heavy plastic. Didn't bother returning it because the shipping wasn't free. Lesson learned--ready the description closely. I did find and purchased the tin sign I wanted.

It a crapy little plastic sign, it's so flimsy that your scared to hold it. Don't waste your money!!!!

I thought it would be metal but it is plastic and not as nice as I thought. I bought this for a beatles fan for her birthday and had planned to add to it with some of the other beatles related signs but after seeing this one I might opt for a different company.
