We are amazed - our moggie actually drinks water now, (and lots of it!!) In use now for 2 months, and water still looking good (clean). Be warned though, the missus thought there was some green stuff along the top and emptied it and wiped it clean, she didnt know it comes apart. Whilst drying i thought I would take it apart and shocked to see green stuff in the bottom - the filters work faboulously and water will does run clear, but it may also lull you into a false sense of security thinking its clean - take it apart every so often, (which it does so very easily), to give it a quick rinse and rinse the filters out. Need a thin brush to clean the top pipe bit if you want to clean it thoroughly. Noticed a little hard water stains where the water drops of the petal, but thats pretty normal in our area. Otherwise a great fountain. I initially thought the light may be a gimmick, but it does actually make it very easy to see the level of water, and we normally keep it topped up to the max to avoid the motor running dry. Good buy, have invested in some extra replacement filters which should hopefully keep it running well.UPDATE 10/3/22: In use for 2 years and still going strong. Have actually replaced now with the circular version which looks a bit easier to clean. I still recommend this fountain - if it helps your cat drink more water then its definately worth it.

I ordered this fountain for my two new kitties, i was delighted with the product and they loved it to. after a few months it developed a problem with the pump it stopped working when i unplugged it to clean it.i contacted the company and they gave me some instruction on what to do next. this seemed to solve the issue of the pump initially but it was still intermittent when working. they quickly resolved the issue by sending out a new pump with super speedy delivery. Everything is working properly now and I'm really happy with the service. would definitely recommend.

This is the best water fountian I have found since my old Catit ones. But the are no longer as suitable as before as we have 10 maine coons and 2 large rescue dogs, we also live now in Greece. So we needed a fountain with a higher water capacity, others we've brought have been useless due to the cats having long hair.The light showing the water level an extra good touch. Easy to clean, Doesn't get blocked up with cat hair like others.I Will be buying a second and maybe third before the summerBrilliant product

Was a brilliant product until it just stopped working.Loved it and still heavily reccomend water fountains for pets. Unfortunately mine stopped working after 2 months? Not sure why. Ill try contacting customer service and update review*update*Ok so customer service reccomended I try a deep clean, it did make it work again! So thats great im just not sure what went wrong. I just reassembled the whole thing basically.Positives: works and water fountains are great for pets. Great price and has a large water tank.Negatives: now that I've had one for over a year, I wish I got a stainless steel one as the plastic is hard to clean and can get this weird white ish dryness. But otherwise 🙂

Unfortunately, the one I bought from here was not working so I had to return the product, but I have bought the same model from somewhere else and would recommend the product as it is easy to assemble, looks good and easy for my pets to drink from which is the most important thing, however if you have a small dog they may find it difficult

This is a great little fountain and my cat loves it. It keeps the water nice and cold and clean and is practically silent which is great. The only disappointing thing is that I ordered it in grey with the grey mat to go with my living room colour scheme and they sent a bright blue mat which looks awful! They have said they can’t replace the mat which is a bit rubbish but have offered me £3 or some filters instead. Not ideal but at least they offered something I guess.UPDATED REVIEW... the customer service on this was excellent. They sent me replacement mat and free of charge filters which was perfect.However, now 4 months after I purchased the fountain the pump has stopped working and I can’t find a way to message the seller as the pump is still under the one year warranty. My cats love it and now sit looking at it a bit sadly 😿

Took a while for my cat to get used to it but after a couple of months he now loves it, so persivere with it. Great product, keeps water clean and seems to stay cool too. It is quiet but I've found that keeping the water level high makes it near silent. Easy to clean and put back together. I will be buying a second one soon

The fountain it’s self is great however it arrived without filters or a mat. I can’t find a way of contacting the seller, I even posted a question here in the hope of an answer as always like to give a chance before writing a review. Very poor that you can’t easily contact them. I had to buy my own mat and filters. Very disappointing - I like the fountain but would not buy from this seller again. :(
