Size:XXX-Large  |  Color:Black/Chrome Razor LS2 Helmets Citation full-face motorcycle helmet offers the performance and features of helmets costing two to three times as much, but because we build it in our own factory, LS2 is able to offer it at an incredible value. The shell uses LS2's proprietary High Performance Fiberglass Composite (HPFC). It's ultra-light, but strong and safe. Easy to use and fully adjustable top vents are ported to allow true flow through ventilation. The chin vent does double duty. Slide the gray button down for airflow to the shield to help keep it clear of fog. Slide the black button to port air directly to the rider's face. The shield is made from Class "A" polycarbonate. It's optically correct, scratch and UV resistant and is now internally coated with our Fog Fighter treatment. (no longer needing an insert) for the ultimate in fog protection. The Citation uses our Twin Shield System drop down sun shield. Its cable-operated switch is smooth, and easy to use even with a gloved hand. The fully removable liner is made of a technical, breathable fabric and uses our Emergency Release System cheek pads. Cheek pads are contour cut from high quality foam using LS2's 3D laser technology for a perfect fit and no hot spots. 3 helmet shell sizes make for an all-day comfortable helmet that is as small as possible. A DOT approved quick release chinstrap makes it a breeze to get the helmet off and on your head. Built for riders who ride, whether touring, sport touring, adventure, scooter or commuting. Designed at LS2 World HQ in Barcelona, Spain, the Citation offers more helmet for less cash. Built at our own factory. Long oval fit. Meets or exceeds DOT and ECE 22.05 standards. The Citation also accepts and integrates LS2’s Linkin Ride Pal by Sena.

Great helmet for long-oval!
This fits much better for "long-oval" head shape than the "Strobe". Very light, great fitting helmet. Graphics look great, and the matte finish is really cool. I love the integrated sunshade. Ventilation is great...noise is relatively low. I always used a modular helmet, but this fit really good, and is so much lighter...and has great ventilation, it's my new favorite. Almost every full-face helmet I tried on was too restricting, too tight on the sides or the forehead....but this one was shaped right.

Super light and great bang for the buck.
Just got this helmet the other day and haven't worn it on a ride yet, but here are my initial thoughts. The helmet it very light and looks great. Love all the features (drop down visor, vents, chin curtain, quick release strap, etc.). I ordered an extra large as my size fell into their range. Definitely a little hard to get on (chin curtain and neck roll),but isn't too bad once on. I have a long oval or intermediate oval head and think it fits a little snug. Every helmet I've bought takes breaking in (my speed and strength seven sins helmet was super tight and extra large was biggest size). Once breaking in my S/S helmet fit great and I still wear it. It's about 4 or 5 years old and I thought it waa time for a new lid and this waa a steal at $115 or something like that. My S/S helmet will be my backup or passenger helmet (I don't normally carry a passenger as my bike is usually used to commute 40 miles roundtrip to work). Chin curtain may get taken off because it pulls out every time I take my helmet off. I will post an update once I get a couple rides in and the pads break in a bit. Just waiting on a new set of speakers for my Sena 20s. Got the mic already and want to keep speakers and a mic on both helmets in case I want to switch helmets. Didn't want to spring for a whole base unit setup. I don't mind moving the base unit and just reattaching the wires.Edit

Nice Option
Before I bought this helmet, I did all sort of research and watched tons of video reviews and was very convinced that this is the helmet I wanted for myself. All reviews are on point - the helmet does feel premium and it's a great choice for the money. One thing I must say is that the cable-operated switch is not smooth at all. It gets stuck in the middle sometimes and I have to put a little more pressure than I should and it looks it will break eventually. So I'm trying to be careful or not use it as much.

good helmet but not the best
I pick up this helmet yesterday March 25. My review is based on 45 miles ride on streets and highway of SF bay area. My size is LargeI decided to give a LS2 company a try. Sometimes unknown company might make a good product.I did a research on LS2 company: it is china's biggest helmet manufacturer and LS2 brand was started to get to US and EU markets. Helmets were designed by designers in Spain, but are build in China.Helmet feels like it quality build.Helmet comes with one FFS lens which is just thin clear plastic that attaches to visor from inside. Did not used it yet so I don't know if it works or not.Pros:- fits snug- fits sena 3s bluetooth system with no problem and modifications - there are cut outs for speakers- quietish- lite- visor can be open just a bit - prevents fogging at long red lights.- visor have a latch system that keeps tight seal.- provides adequate ventilation.- I can ride with sunglasses and use visor at the same time .Cons:- fogs up - I stopped on red light visor fully closed and with all vents open [temp outside 70 F] it was fogging up. lifting a visor just a bit prevents that. While riding no fog.- chin strap could use more padding around quick release mechanism- sunvisor could go little bit lower - not a con just a personal preference.

Neither a great, nor bad helmet.
I previously had an Icon Airmada that literally fell apart on me after 5 years, which is when you are supposed to replace your helmet anyways. I would have gotten the same one but the graphics they have now are atrocious so in looking for another long oval shaped helmet I came across this one, which didn't look bad and was also cheaper. The helmet is comfortable and feels like the build quality is ok but the complaints I've read about are legit. For one, it's a super noisy helmet and even with earplugs it's annoyingly loud. Secondly, the sun visor that drops down is worthless. It makes the field of view distorted and should come down all the way. I can't use it. Lastly, the venting is inadequate and airflow is not good. My Airmada was excellent for that. Another advantage my Airmada had was a better field of vision for the visor, this one is smaller. The advantages over the Icon are that it's more comfortable and lighter and I think better aerodynamics. And of course, the glow in the dark feature is way cool. Overall, I miss my Airmada and wish they had better graphics available so I settled for this, which isn't a bad helmet but also isn't great.

Helmet is doing great so far 1 month down the road
Helmet is doing great so far 1 month down the road.Top head vent is a little odd, so the only really working one is chin vent. Chin flap under front part of helmet is pretty useful and removable. The only bothering thing is that strap is mounted too far back and may press against the neck over Adam’s apple, not just the chin/jaw.Sizing may not work for everybody. I was only able to fit the largest size and it’s still a bit too tight.

Helmet is worth buying but pick a different seller
Overall it's a nice helmet. Air flow is not great but does the job. I returned the helmet because the fit is tighter than listed. Upon returning it I found out that the seller charges a restocking fee of 10%. With all the sellers / distributors selling on Amazon that doubt charge a restocking fee, I will not be purchasing anything in the future from this seller.

fits perfect
the measurements lined up with what was described. looks good. shipping was really quick. feels quieter than the old bell helmet that i had, but will have to wait until i get it on the open road to confirm for sure.Update: this is an awesome helmet. It is quieter than the ol bell, but I'd still wear earplugs if going over 90 km/h for any lengthy periods. Buzzing around the city is nice and quiet. Love the design of the chin strap, though it does make using traditional helmet locks impossible (I don't have one, just something I noted). The built in sun visor is also awesome. I love it and recommend it to my friends and now all my amazon friends too!
