Great book..
It has absolutely been life changing for myself both professionally and personally. Identify, feel, and learn how to live with positive and negative emotions as opposed to using food for dealing with these emotions. If you struggle with emotional eating and are willing to invest energy in self-exploration and improving your health instead of another diet, this book is for you!

Changed my life!
This book is challenging: it forces you to face your feelings over and over again, as well as going back to your past to face some of your most uncomfortable emotional moments. But this is the whole point: most people with eating disorders are avoiding or pushing away those uncomfortable memories and the fear of those emotions.

Informative book !
It’s a well thought guide and it being a bundle really offers some value for the price. If you are not a beginner then the first part is not that useful but for me it was exactly when I needed. One I get a hang of that part I will move on to the more advanced techniques.

Easy to follow.
The book is an easy-to-read and incredibly informative book. I love that it outlines concrete steps for struggling binge eaters to take. These steps helped me to stop feeling helpless and gave me hope that I could change.Superb helping hand book

Very insightful book!
All information is laid out logically and easy to understand. Now I know that Emotional Eating is a skill that can control my eating habits. It has been shown to promote weight loss, reduce excessive food consumption, and help me feel better.

This book is loaded with helpful information, tips and guides that I need to know about how to beat compulsive eating and overeating.I really enjoyed all the parts of the book. Very informative, detailed and well guided.

Awesome!
I truly had my eyes opened and had the option to see my overeating in new ways, and get it leveled out! This book is simple and gives simple, yet extremely helpful, ideas about how to reconsider binging.
