I keep Kamillosan on hand for cold sores. It is the best at getting them to go away fast. Amazon always has things that I can't find anywhere else.

This little mouth spray is to expensive.

Unfortunately not available (yet) in U.S. drug stores, I first came across Kamillosan when I had a throat infection (w/ fever) in Guatemala. The mouth spray comes with this twistable "target" nozzle which made spraying the infected area simple and - most importantly - it got me over the worst of the throat pain (not the fever, of course) in a matter of 2-3 days. It's main ingredients are chamomille, anisette and peppermint oils but it also has ingredients with anti-bacterial properties.Bottom line: Couldn't go for 5 Stars because it didn't numb the pain too much, but it definitely helps with your sore throat, trouble swallowing, and even light inflammation in other parts of your mouth (gums, e.g.). Made in Germany - still a good choice!!
