It seems well made with strong materials being used except for the pump. There were no instructions for which of the side by side tubes to use and I couldn’t determine which because of the lack of air flow. Ultimately I just blew it up. The pump was useless. Still I like the foot rest and can just blow it up like a balloon myself (will need lots of lung capacity lol) or I will bring an actual pump.

Use these on our back patio with our rattan rockers, they fit our decor perfectly. Help us relax at the end of the day. Easy to blow up using a bike pump (don’t bother with the pump that comes with it, it’s no good) and good to know that they can be easily deflated and washed when the good weather ends for the year. Great little storage totes come with them to store easily for next season. Highly recommend this product!!

I've been happy with this ottoman. It is very comfy for my feet. It has a handle on the side with helps me carry it. I bring it in at night so it doesn't get damp or stolen.The pump is junk, so I didn't even try it. I had an electric pump, so it was easy for me.A different brand had a much nicer pump, but may be more expensive.

Nice little stool, bought 2, one had everything, the other one didn’t have patches, instructions nor pump fitting that fit. Feel like I was ripped off on one but got my money’s worth on the other one.

Unless you have a LOT of patience, you'll want a better pump. Other than that, I really like this ottoman and it's not only pretty, it's comfortable. It's too low for sitting, unless you're young and very agile. Just right for propping up your feet.

Great ottoman! The only thing negative is the pump that comes with this product doesn’t work so you have to manually blow it up with your mouth, same as blowing up a balloon.Ottoman keeps inflated for weeks, it serves it’s purpose well, we use it on our deck.

Inflated it once and it deflated within 24 hours. Filled it back up. Deflated. Definitely not doing this every day, so I sent it back. Very disappointing because it looked awesome on our deck and was a nice foot rest.
