Elodea Densa Aquarium Plants Oxygenating Plant 5-500 Strands (500)

I wasn't actually expecting much from these. I'd read the reviews and I keep shrimp in one of my aquariums. I was concerned about the use of insecticides in imported plants so kept the plants isolated for a few days, well rinsed with Bicarb and rinsed again. Not as many stems as I thought (50) but this turns out to be 10 random plants with 5 stems each. Well, two weeks later and they're doing well. Sure, I've had a slight bit of melting and trimmed back. I'm happy with the product. I'd 4 plants with red and the rest are various green leaved varieties. My tanks are LED full spectrum lighting and I keep the shrimp one on 8 hours as I work in the room. Plants come damp in plastic bags, flat packed in a padded envelope and looked really healthy. Another thing I was worried about due to reviews saying they were 'mush' on arrival. I'm not doubting it but mine were delivered within a couple of days and were very fresh. Thank you

I now have a snail infestation!Maybe put on the description to check for snail eggs!!

I keep ordering from this company and was very happy but have noticed the quality seems to be going downhill. Weed seems to be very smelly and yellowing.

These would have got full stars but washed them like it states to and then another time as well put them in my tank and withing the day lost a fair bit of my fish stock wasn't happy at all as all were perfectly fine till plants got added and as stated I washed them multiple times

helps to keep pond clear and helps to keep fish heathy

Good quality, however, 25 strands don't go very far once they are bunched together! Next time I will order more.

I ordered 25 and got 3 small bunches and just 2 ceramic weights. Compared to another reviewer's experience (5 bunches and 5 weights), I was slightly disappointed with what I got. However, the plants came quickly and were in good condition.
