This ecologically friendly journal is beautifully handcrafted in the tropical island of Bali. The cover is made from aged Kupu-kupu leaves (also known as young butterfly leaves), exotic bean pods, and banana bark. The journal is bound together with agel twine (a tall grass found abundantly on the island of Bali) and accented with a twig. The interior pages are made from acid free recycled bamboo paper. It makes a lovely journal or sketch book; it contains 74 blank pages. As with most handcrafted products, the color may vary slightly. It measures 7-1/2” x 7-1/2” including binding. Made from all ecologically friendly and non-endangered source materials.
