I have five of these mugs and wanted more for entertaining. I use them every day and the floral designs are so lovely that they cheer me up. They are sturdy and hold just the right amount of coffee for me.A bit pricey but worth the money.

I was so excited to get more of my favorite mugs….only to find 3 of them broken in shipment. The packaging was not adequate for breakable china. Very disappointed…

I ordered the item 3 times. The first time one cup was cracked. Second and third time the cups were very well packed. All items came safe. Good quality. The set is as described.

They arrived in good condition, quickly and they are pretty. However I am disappointed that I did not receive 6 assorted designs, I received duplicates of 3 assorted designs. I would have liked to have all of the designs as advertised. I have decided to keep them

Speedy shipping, Sturdy packaging. Beautiful product. Thinking about ordering another set. I have bought Portmierion dishes since 1984. Over time most of the coffee mugs have gotten broken and these mugs are a great addition. I love their graceful shape and the handle is large and easy to grasp which is something my husband appreciates.

I received a box of 6 cups, but 2 came broken. Sad! Other 4 cups are medium sized and beautiful.

The six Portmeirion mugs in the Exotic Botanic Garden design are really beautiful. The colours of reds, yellows, greens, and blues are so pretty and cheerful. Each mug has a different design.The mugs arrived in a sturdy outer box, with an even sturdier inner box. All mugs were in intact.I look forward to getting plates to match this design now!

Sadly one of the six ordered was damaged. Well packed in their original Portmeirion box and then another Amazon box and more packing so well packed. Looks like whoever put the mugs in their original packing has missed a chipped mug.
