Unable to setup even after following all the instructions

Good product I like.

This was very easy to install and straightforward instructions. Really helped with my WiFi signal upstairs. I have my WiFi box downstairs and I plugged this in upstairs. I don’t have it cutting out or buffering as much anymore.
