Septum Pincher Half Moon With O-rings (316L) Surgical Steel 1 Piece

Used this to stretch my septum hole when I left my ring out for a few days on accident lol

While the size and shape was exactly what I wanted, my piercing was inflamed within 24 hours. I question if the metal is actually surgical steel!

This product is nothing like the picture. It is tiny and the surface is rough. Sent the product back and never got a refund.
