Check all connections and don't rush.
The media could not be loaded. New to the world of 3d printing. At first I watched the YouTube video from jgaurora, on set up. Warning they miss out the four screws in the bottom. Only when I downloaded all the pdf's did I find that out. Secondly the when going up or down on z axis it was very noisy. Noticed that one stepper motor connection was skewed once corrected the z axis was a lot better. Nozzle heater would not get hot again one of the connectors had been disturbed when levelling. Levelling was a chore before I solved the z axis and has you can see the blue masking tape got scrapped. Anyhow it is now working on a 3d vase 1day and 16 hrs printing, with 20% infil. So in conclusion once the niggles are sorted, check all connections, it seems to be a good printer. It is a steep learning curve, jgaurora cura is on the SD card, has the A5s configuration which Cura does not. So for the new people, download a model off thingeyverse, open jgaurora Cura version open the file wait untill it perform the slicing and download on the SD card. With the A5s switched on insert the SD card press print and choose the gcode of the object you want to print. Nice touches a big build platform 305x305x320, but long print times.

Good printer, terrible manufacturing quality checks.
The media could not be loaded. I've now ordered 3 of these and had to send all 3 back as faulty/defective. I had to return the first one back as it was faulty after 2 weeks... (1) when it arrived it had two permanent marker pen marks on the front... (2) the glass print bed which was amazing for prints to stick to and so easy to remove... Was not flat... It was warped so you could not level the print bed propery. Leveling is so easy. All 4 corners were perfect but because the glass was warped and the center point was very tight when doing the paper gap test... The prints i managed to do turned out great considering this was straight out of the box... A bit of stringing dispite changing my nozzle temp but nothing some sanding couldn't sort... (3) the bowden tube popped out of the coupling twice ruining two 3 day prints!... And (4) it developed a creaking grinding sound when the print head beam hit a certain range in height. It appeared to come from the right vertical y-axis rod... It did not sound healthy... Coincidentally i then had more failed prints... I had a number of prints where it looked like the nozzle had knocked the print over and off the bed... This also appeared to result in a shift in the layers being printed. Half way up the print it looked like it shifted 3-4mm to the right making my prints misaligned... Hense returning it...So I retured it and then ordered a replacement and after unpacking it i found the aluminium brint bed base was scratched to hell!... So returned that one too as this was a disgusting state for a brand new machine. Then i ordered a third... Oh my... the third printer never worked from day one. Had multiple random faults... Firstly, the right side of the gantery would not lower. The motor was trying to turn but kept slipping and making a really loud noise. After turningvthe maching on and off and kepp trying to lower it it eventually corrected itself... Secondly, the glass bed was worse than the first printers.... aThirdly I had a whole load of issues. When trying to level the bed i would have random issues with the nozzle not moving to the corners. It would move to the far right and then raise the nozzle up... So i could not check the bed level. This was randomly happening (i filmed it).... When i finally managed to get it to work and get the bed levelled i then had another random issue. When starting a print the nozzle would position itself about 3mm above the actual bed and start printing in thin air... This would do this randomly... Other times when trying to print the same file it would randomly move the nozzle to the rear right, out of the print bed area and start printing there... Even though it wad set to print in the centre of the plate, and did on random occasions... It had so many random issues. I have a video of it.Also there appeared to be different versions or the A5s. Whilst i just re-ordered the same one parts were different. This is equivalent to the USS Enterprise - NCC1701-A... The flagship of the Federation... Unfortunately it is the USS Enterprise from Star Trek 5! You know, the one there the turbo lift doors dont open properly, the view screen doesn't work and the transportes are offline.I loved my first printer (whilst it worked). The printer had great reviews online, looked nice, very user friendly, but with all the issues I've had im not going to order another one because of all the problems. Personally I would not recommend.

One Of The Best
I've owned several of the common 3D printers and this one rates very highly compared with others. It was up and running within an hour - most of which time was spent getting it out of the packaging. It is well packed in the shipping box and we took our time seperating the bits. This isn't the easiest printer to assemble as it requires a little physical effort. However the result was a solidly built printer which deserves praise for its design and construction. The only notable negative for me was the tiny levelling thumb wheels in each corner of the bed. I'm used to printers which have large thumb wheels, and these tiny wheels are a pain in the defacating device to adjust. Due to the physical design it isn't possible to replace with larger thumb wheels so you are stuck with the small size.Getting at the gizzards of the printer seems easy, but is in fact quite challenging. I eventually found the answer from watching several youtube videos. I would strongly suggest that the suppliers offer some youtube videos showing how to carry out tasks such as replacing the motherboard and power supply because getting at those is just hard to do!However in summary I am very pleased with this printer.

Impossible to level
If you get enjoyment wasting hours of your life trying to get anything to print that either sticks to the bed, doesn't distort or generally fail at some point then this is the printer for you. Near impossible to level the bed as some point of it will always be wrong and therefore you can never print. Waste off time.
