This item was meticulously wrapped and packaged. Shipping was rather quick. I was relieved to see that nothing was broken. It was a bit of a pain to unravel but you can save yourself some time and just cut the plastic off with scissors. It’s a great addition to my workspace.Note: I added some jade rocks and oceanic stones to mimic grass and water. The “pool” does not retain water as previous reviewers have stated. It slowly drains into the soil area and if the soil is over-saturated, it will leak out of the hole on the bottom. You should probably put the bonsai pot on a decorative plate just in case.Overall, this bonsai plant is absolutely adorable.

the tree arrived healthy even in the middle of winter. little bridge was broken off but i just superglued it back on in a minute. definitely worth the price. may buy some as gifts. is still growing well.AddendumIt's been about 2 months and the little tree is growing well. Just did a little trimming. It's adorable. Well worth the money.

I lived in Japan for some time and this reminds me of an Okinawa fisher man. Really nice detail and my tree is already trained perfect and looks green and healthy. Really nice. I may buy one for my mother and girlfriend. It did have the fishing pole and fish defective however I believe the seller will make this right. This the 4 star when the missing defect peices come (fish) I’ll put to 5

This was a fathers day gift, that literally crumbled apart when opened from the bubble wrap and Saran wrap. The tree is much smaller than I expected it to be, there is also a lot of ugly glue just slopped under the bridge. Very upsetting to watch my parent unwrap their gift and the pot broke apart. There was no fragile mark on the box either.

I read reviews that said it won't grow inside. Therefore I bought a little timer grow lite on amazon to help it and put it in my garden window till our weather warms up, it 5° today. I've had it for about 2 months and he's doing very good.The seller is excellent. It was packed very well and arrived in good condition.I liked it so much I bought 2 more as gifts to family in another state. One of them arrived completely broken. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement. I truly appreciated that because it was a sympathy gift for the death of their mom.I would recommend this beautiful bonsai juniper. I do have a 9 inch pie plate with rocks for the humidity tray as it didn't come with one and you have to have it.

This product is very nice. the only problem was it was poorly packaged. just glad nothing was broken like some other reviews.

I love to fish, so this scene was perfect for me. It arrived mostly in tact. The little structure on the hill had fallen off, but no big deal to glue it back on. Worth the money to put a smile on my face every time I look at it!

Came quickly and was so green when it got here. I was really worried it would be half dead when I took it out of the box but it was gorgeous great color and size. It was a christmas gift for our son and It came a couple weeks early, again I was worried it would die before christmas morning but it stayed just as green and healthy as the day we got it till he got it christmas day.
