The unplugged use life of my laptop almost tripled in time and this is now my primary battery to use. The one that came with the unit is the backup and only lasts 45 minutes, while this one is well over 2 hours of use. Customer service was excellent, I asked how soon it would get to me and they offered express to get it next day or that it would normally get to me the day after saving me big $ to get it timely. I will get my next battery needs from these folks as well. They cared and ask if I had any concerns after I got the product. I recommend!

I should have gone with an OE replacement. The battery I received didn't work out of the box. The computer started randomly restarting with this battery in place. I contacted the seller about a replacement and after some back and forth they required paying to ship it back for a replacement. If it would have been through Amazon, I could have just had it picked up without having to go through this. I am very disappointed in the product and the seller policies.

I charged the battery fully. A couple of days later, I tried the machine on battery-only. It ran until the icon showed it was about half empty, then powered off. Something awry with the interface.

2 months after I purchased this battery, it completely failed. Doesn't even hold a charge when laptop is plugged in!Battery life was great and impressive for the first two months, but just completely died one random day.What a disappointment. I want my money back.

Does not hold power anymore after less than a year... It was half the price. I got what I paid for.

My computer had been a floor sample, so I figured the low use per charge was due to being on all the time ... so ... I ordered a new battery. No improvement!!! Less than two hours is all I get ... should have saved my money!

I bought this for my bf's laptop for his birthday in December. The battery that came with his laptop barely lasted an hour. He asked that I wait about a month before I wrote a review on it and he says he does like the battery, he has about a 5 hour battery life, about 4 hours if he ends up watching a lot of videos online. Two thumbs up, he says. Great purchase.
