It is not to be believed that all handmade, either cold or hot processed soap, is created equal. It is not only the method used, but and equally crucial, is the quality of ingredients used to make that soap make a huge difference on the final product.

Large "handmade soap" private label manufacturers offer an endless number colors, shapes, and highly synthetic fragranced soaps made from a basic palm-coconut- sunflower-canola-soy formula intended to leave your skin "squeaky clean". It means, washing out the skin's protective oils, leaving the skin subject of all sort of infections which cause iching rashes, sores. The colors of Vitae Soaps come either from the natural colors of unrefined oils/butters, or clays, and botanical powders, which are added to the soap not only for colors or textures, but as an active ingredient to nourish and help the skin to heal itself.

***Pracaxi oil is the main ingredient plus Uccuba, Bacuri, Cupuacu, Murumuru and Babassu oil. No cheap oils. No palm oil. Scented with therapeutic grade essential oils. **********Pracaxi oil is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic. Contains phyto nutrients that control hyper-pigmentation, skin rashes, itchiness eczema. Pracaxi oil as also great moisturizing properties.
*****Ucuuba butter has plenty of vitamin C and A and plant chemicals that helps skin regeneration, regulates production of sebum and exfoliate dead cells. Rich anti-inflammatory, healing and anti-septic properties.
*****Babassu & Murumuru are great emollients and moisturizers rich in, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins A and C, with soothing, healing and antibacterial properties
