HUSBAND LOVES THIS PRODUCTMy husband has BAGS and discolor under his eyes. He's a guy that's not a guy thing.I told him to try it a couple times. But, don't check the mirror for couple days. He didn't follow my directions but, was amazed how his eyes LOOKED. "You know I think that's helping my eyes." They look better. I have him apply twice a day and put a little on his eyelids. Now he asks for it.I personally like it because it works.Four stars because their directions are not the best. Apply before or after all moisturizers are applied for best results?Noticed water is the main ingrediant.Curious and huge list of rest of ingrediants. Could not be much of them if water is the main ingredient.Are we paying for water or what are we buying.

Didn't really work like I wanted. Didn't help and I used it for a month, no changing results.
