Absolutely superb and worth every penny. My arthritic hands no longer hurt whilst crotcheting and I can change the way I hold it depending on how sore they are. The covering of the handle is easy to hold and doesn't slip around and the heads of the hooks are pointy enough to find the spaces in the crochet without splitting the yarn. The 2 light options are perfect and positioned exactly right to shine just on your work yet not dazzle you. The two brightness options mean I can crochet in complete darkness if I don't sleep well and don't disturb my husband. The added extras have everything you could need. Customer service is superb. This is my 3rd set of crochet hooks and by far the best! Even bought a set for my friend whose hands have been badly deformed because of arthritis. Can't recommend this product enough.

I read the reviews on this before purchasing and I must say I was not disappointed. The hooks are easy to change, you charge it and its last for ages and it does help when using dark colours. The review said you gt what you pay for and paying that little bit more was definitely worth it. There was also some accessories in the pouch so you can carry everything around with you in the pouch in case you need ot go out in a hurry. Really pleased with this and may even buy another one.

I love it, it's comfortable to hold, loving the hooks are long the the ones in my plastic hook model and I feel a lot more happier using the smaller sized hooks. looking forward to using it on long car journeys and camping 🤗😃

This is the 2nd set I've bought the first one went to my mum so I didn't get a chance to try it out but she loves it so finally got my self a set and I've got to say it really is a lovely set I don't get an achy hand crochet for longer periods of time like I did with my old hooks it does take a little time to get used to the shape in your hand I have found that some of the hooks are hard to push into the handle but that's not really a big deal The case inside seems to have got damaged a little which was a little disappointing from that I do like recommend these for anyone who crochet alot

The hooks a great and easy to hold and a joy to crochet with but the light function is useless as it’s the wrong angle to see the stitch and it’s not bright enough to see what you are doing. Was going to return but as the hooks themselves are pretty good and the handle is really comfy and fun to work with I decided they are worth keeping as you can have your entire range of hooks in one convenient box.

This is such a brilliant crochet hook - the handle is much longer than I am used to but the curve makes it easy to adapt to. The hooks themselves are metal which I prefer to acrylic and it means the light comes out from the handle like a torch over your work. Lots of nice extras like stitch markers, snips and measuring tape but my favorite are the extra sleeves in different colours (yellow, mint and red) if pink is not your favorite. You also get three extra hooks in the Ultimate version (2, 7 and 8) so the description is not quite right. Really looking forward to using these in my various projects :)

I was so looking forward to my ‘new kit’ arriving. Last week I had bought my Sister the plastic light up type kit on Amazon. Having tried the plastic tips I saw this one had aluminium hooks, so thought they might be better than plastic. I was very disappointed when this kit arrived...inside was a cheap zip up case with stitch markers etc in. Due to the case being placed inside it had distorted the original set (as if it should never have been inside) it has also marked the interior see photo of the pink lining of the case. However I decided it was only a case so preceded to try it. Having tried the cheaper set with plastic light up hooks last week however I found the light didnt really help at all, whereas the plastic type the light is right in your stitch. On inspection of the hooks I noticed that the 6.5mm hook had been scratched..I suspect again the packing of the cheaper one inside has damaged the hook, so now the hook doesn’t glide through the yarn. This finally made my decision to return the kit and has this item is now out of stock anyway order the plastic set like I bought for my Sister. Very disappointed as I love my knitting crochet items and look after them like a workman with his tools. To the seller I believe the cheap set inside has indeed caused much of this disappointment and would advise packing the tacky other case separately as it cheapens your product. In picture two you will be able to see the scratch on the 6.5mm hook.

I am particular about my crochet hooks. I don't like plastic hooks and I prefer an ergonomic, thicker handle. I also like to have plenty of slide room on the shaft, so short hooks are not acceptable. Good lighting is also important, especially when using dark yarn. This crochet set hits all the marks spot on! They are nicely packaged in an organized case that includes a pouch of essential accessories that fits neatly within the case. I love that it includes the majority of hook sizes I need for most of my projects. The base charges quickly and the light lasts for hours. The hooks easily attach to the base with an easy turn of the included metal wrench. Finally, I must also mention their customer service. The 5.0 mm hook was missing from my set. I received the correct number of hooks, but they accidentally included two 5.5 mm hooks instead. I messaged their customer service and they responded immediately (on a holiday weekend) to let me know they would send the missing hook right away. I had it in less than a week. This is the set to get if I you love to crochet!

Ich hatte im Vorfeld schon eine andere beleuchtete Häkelnadel, doch die Aufsätze waren aus Plastik und manchmal drohten sie schon zu brechen. Vor allem ärgerte ich mich, das ich nirgends wo einen Aufsatz mit 2.0mm fand. Endlich hat das mit diesem Set ein Ende. Zum ersten sind die Ausätze aus Alu und damit super stabil, sind angenehm zum häkeln. Und zum zweiten, ist die Beleuchtung ein Hammer. Das Licht ist im Griff verbaut und leuchtet genau auf die Arbeit. Bei den meisten anderen Nadeln, so auch bei meinen alten blendet man sich selber! Wenn jemand ein gutes Produkt haben möchte, ist er hier mit Sicherheit richtig! KLARE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!!! Danke für so ein tolles Produkt!

The handle is super comfortable to hold and it's not hard to swap out the hooks at all. The set comes with a great range of sizes and had enough room in the case to store everything you need. Plus the fact that it has metal hooks means that the yarn still slips over the hooks very smoothly. The only thing with this set is that there seemed to be a bit of a film on the hooks when I first got them. But they cleaned super easy and have been a dream ever since! Plus the light is not over the top since it's also not lighting up the hooks. I use the low light when I crochet at night and it helps add just an extra touch of visibility.
