Power Thin Phase II Fast Weight Loss - 120 Caplets

I am a 50yr old software engineer who sits in front of a computer for a living.I am VERY much a skeptic, in fact, it has taken me some years to even give this product a try.But with their guarantee in place, combined with great customer service (I was able to ask several questions before buying and got responses the very same day!), I figured I would try it out. The fact that they do NOT use ephedrine in their product like most others was a MAJOR decision point for me. Because I've done my homework, and I know those ephedrine products are misleading at best, and fraudulent at worst.I got my PowerThin and started with 1 tablet as advised, also as the instructions say, I drank lots of water.I felt increased energy all morning, and had no negative side effects. So I went to 2 tablets the next morning (I don't drink coffee or tea so I had juice and water), and 2 in the early afternoon. A few days later I noticed that my overall energy level was greatly improved, I was able to work longer and best of all - I had MUCH GREATER FOCUS working with my software. I don't eat much other than fruit before noon, but even at noon, I was NOT all that hungry but also, my blood sugar level was steady! (I am diabetic and test my sugar twice a day)SO - I am DEFINITELY seeing TANGIBLE benefits - not earth-shaking stuff here, but absolutely noticeable and POSITIVE. My primary goal was increased energy and mental focus - and that is most definitely what I am getting. Obviously I want to drop some pounds too, and since I am not having cravings, and not having a big appetite for lunch or snacking, I feel like that's an added bonus! It was hard for me to go for a walk or get exercise when I had no energy, but with PowerThin I've been for a walk nearly EVERY day since starting it!ALL IN ALL - a GREAT product - and AWESOME customer service! The Product Description for this product is right on. The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you expend with your committed exercise routine. Doing this, I take off the weight in 8 weeks of summer that I gained during the school year, which is always about 20 pounds. I do this successfully every year. This product enables me to successfully consume less calories and it boosts the energy I need for increased exercise. Two tablets a day keeps my appetite in check so there is less temptation to go off track. I definitely recommend this product as a weight loss aid.

I did not lose any weight taking these. I found the older version Phase II product worked better for me. I will no longer purchase this product.

I use this more for energy than weight loss, but it's great for that purpose. No caffeine buzz and it doesn't keep you awake if you need to rest.
