Love the color, its easy to use and curls are great! Faster than my curling iron one i get use to it .

I was heartbroken when this product didn't work out for me. The first time I used it, it was a success. But the next time I used it, I did not receive the same results. It kept getting stuck in my hair. Plus, it does not save time because you can only place a small strand of hair into the curler. If you have thick hair like me, it takes a long time and becomes frustrating (esp if you need to pray that your doesn't get stuck in it, every time you try to curl a piece of hair)

It won't turn on anymore. I only used it 2 times! Wonder if I can return it5/27/2020 Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3. Almost 5 months after the purchase, I have received a replacement promised by the seller. Had to send a few e-mails back and forth (they asked for my name, address and phone number which surprised me because I purchased this item from them). I liked the way they handled my angry messages. Let's see if the time lasts.

I will be buying a regular curling iron, this is very bulky and took a while to figure out how to use, and if you do not use it exactly as directed, like being to close to the head or having the machine turned the wrong direction you could end up as we did with hair stuck in the machine. Would not buy this again.

Worked great for about 5 curls then disaster struck! My long hair (down to my butt) got wrapped up inside the mechanism or this torture device 😩. After waking up my husband at 6 am he used an entire tool bag to dismantle this thing. It required us to physically break components to free my hair. I’ll stick with a less automated option.

Daughter just got for Christmas. Difficult to use and hair will get tangled. Wish I could return
