Excellent Nutritional Supplement
I use this product for its magnesium (for muscle function and sleep) and for lessening symptoms of hay fever. Nature's Way has been noted for excellent quality control; and Alfa-Max has a higher potency than other alfalfa supplements I had used, making it easier to use because a dose is fewer capsules.
