So easy to use!
The media could not be loaded. This clay is so easy to use and I love that it doesn't dry out until baked. It works perfect to make my pendants and is durable. See more examples of it in use on Kayy Mae Handmade

Great product, nice smooth resulting project
We needed a lot of black clay for an Egyptian cat project. My 11-year old daughter was able to get an eight inch high cat made with this amount of clay. We purchased a 2oz gold package too for the accessories. Once the sculpture was done, it was baked and came out wonderfully sturdy. I highly recommend purchasing the larger packages of clay for bigger projects. The 1 lb package was easily broken down and provided enough to complete a detailed 8 inch tall by 3 inch wide sculpture with a small cardboard core covered by clay in the center for stability.

Crafting can be pricey....but not when you use Amazon! ;)
SUCH a great product and price for it's value! I immediately jumped into my new block when it arrived,to make my clay jewelry! ANOTHER great thing, was that it was actually soft upon arrival so I didn't have to do a ton of kneading to get the clay consistency malleable enough to use! I'm super happy and will be reordering!

Price increased 68% in 8 Days!
If you need more than the 2oz bricks this works well. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that when I went to reorder this item 8 days after my first order, the price was 68% more! It went from $10.55 to $17.80! What a ripoff! And I can get it at Walmart for $10.55 too! So, I'll be heading there today. I just liked the convenience of Amazon. I'm a Prime member so I get my orders in 2 days without having to battle traffic or people congestion. Sculpey is a great product. It doesn't shrink and holds details fairly well. The only down side is I have to use alcohol to clean it off my hands after I've been working with it for a while. Also, I bake everything I make for an hour in a mini-oven I created from 2 roasting pans clipped together. This is NOT recommended by the manufacturer. Also, I lay everything on a layer of thin batting and use it between layers. I've done up to 3 layers this way. I started baking this way after I'd done some research online. I have had no problems baking this long. Again, this is NOT recommended by the manufacturer. Everyone's oven is different so test, test, test. Good Luck with your crafting!

nice clay that does not crumble when played with
Like the clay and the ability to bake and keep a nice piece when wanted. I do wish the clay, both black, white and colored came in bigger amounts.
