Good for spot magnification, not much of a light
The size of this mirror 3" is perfect for spot magnification, such as applying eye makeup or tweezing. The magnification quality is good, and the mirror is tiny enough to just stick in a corner of a bathroom mirror and not get in the way. HOWEVER... the light is basically worthless. The web image looks as if the light is a continuous band around the perimeter of the mirror, but there are just a few tiny, dim dots of light. As an experiment, I brought the mirror into a dark room, turned it on, and could see almost nothing. I think any unlighted 3" mirror would be equivalent. I'll continue to take my 6" Ovente lighted mirror with me for travel.
