So far this seems to be a superior product. It helps me to quit snacking after dinner and I feel good all day. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to control their eating. As a diabetic this is very important to me. I only gave 4 stars because I don't know yet if the effects will continue with continued use. That is the only reason I am only giving it four stars.

Horrible, a friend and I both took them and after a week both felt sick. Fidgety, racing hearts and minds like you just hit the crack pipe. I don't recommend!

It has made it very easy to cut out my junk eating
I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks and I do believe it is helping me to lose weight. I have used similar products in the past containing Garcinia Cambogia and have typically found that they help, although som more than others. This product however has multiple natural weight loss supplements to work together improving it's effectiveness. I did not weigh myself when I started, so I really don't know if I lost weight, but it for sure helped me to not feel hungry all the time. It has made it very easy to cut out my junk eating, I am not craving it at all while taking this. It has also given me an energy boost without making me feel crazy from a pill!I do not like supplements that have side affects, do not want to take a product that makes me jittery or shaky, or makes me feel like I am on speed! Being aware that this contained caffeine I cut back on how much coffee I was drinking as I started taking this supplement. I can say that I did not feel any of the side affects I mentioned!The pills are an average size, same as your typical multi vitamin, so they are generally easy to swallow. Lost 3 pounds in 5 days
I was excited when given the chance to review this product. I have heard great things about Garcinia Cambogia and have been wanting to try it. Just 2 pills a day, 30 minutes before a meal has been working well for me. I like that there's no funny taste with these capsules, actually has the slightest hint of raspberry. In the first five days of using this I have lost three pounds. I can't wait to see where I'm at when at the end of this bottle.

Excellent Results
Well, if this is a placebo effect, count me in! I have definitely noticed a decrease in appetite. I have already lost a few pounds. I will continue to use this product.
