Fine powder dissolves quickly

Hormone Based
Because it is a hormone based herb it is VERY bitter to the taste. This is normal for all of these types of herbs. If you encapsulate it you won't taste the bitterness. I just use the powder in my smoothie each morning and add sweet tasting herbs to even out the bitter taste.

Bitter?
No more bitter than tumeric. The recommended dosage is only 1/8 of a teaspoon, how does that make a protein shake bitter?

Not sure about paper packaging. I will use the product, it’s just gonna be a little messy to keep. Good thing it was in a plastic bag. 🤦🏻♂️
