PVI Single Fold Scooter and Wheelchair Ramp 6' L x 30" W

First, allow me to point out specifically and most importantly, to follow the recommendations for measurements, incline and length of the ramp to "SAFELY" to be purchased. In my case I thought I was smarter and grossly under estimated all of the above short of the actual measurement of the rise. You notice this is a review of the 6'L x 30"W Singlefold Ramp, which was received very quickly from point of order, received in excellent condition, installed very easily and worked precisely as recommended and presented. The actual seller through Amazon was Medical For You who performed in an outstanding manner in all respects. I am very happy and highly recommend using them. All supported by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, something not found with the few other providers.Referring back to the initial aspects of this review, I thought I was pretty smart and saving some money by going with a 3'L x 30"W instead of this current purchase. Well, in saving a few dollars and attempting to try out the ramp on my steps and incline, I am now qualified to work with the "Flying Walenda's and the Barnum & Bailey Circus." After my wife stopped laughing, upon determining I hadn't broken either myself or more importantly the power wheelchair, the decision to purchase this 6'L x 30"W ramp was almost immediate. Trust me when I share with you there is a reason for the recommended measurements based on incline and distance including occupied and unoccupied use of the ramps.The Prairie View Industries Singlefold Ramp is perfect for my situation as I wanted the flexibility to remove them at will without losing any of the safety aspects of the security pins. As expected this product more than fit the requirements with the addition of the company having such a solid long-term reputation for producing one of the highest quality product line in the industry. Their telephone Customer Service is outstanding in addition to their immediate response to any questions or challenges. Without the slightest hesitation I give this product [in all sizes] by Prairie View Industries, purchased through Medical For You and Amazon a solid 5 Stars. In my mind there is no reason to look at any other manufacturer.

Unfortunately I would love to give it a FIVE rating but it was NOT the CORRECT ramp!! It was not the FOLDING one, it is the STRAIGHT ONE which makes it very inconvenient to return to a FED EXP because it is so bulky. I have to make arrangements to get it returned!

Excellent short lightweight ramp. Allowed my dad's wheelchair to get up the few inches needed to go in his front door. Saved him thousands of $$ over a permanent installation.Can fold and carry it literally in seconds.

I am using a knee scooter and using this ramp to get up and down the two steps in my garage. This ramp works awesome.

The ramp fits nicely on the lip and makes it easy for Judy to come and go as she pleases.

works as advertised. I use it for loading and unloading large basket trucks to my cargo van.
