This is the filter my fridge requires. I have purchased many from this company and I’ve have not had any problems. They are very easy to install, come packaged very nice, good quality and they life span is great too. Will continue to buy!!

Perfect fit
This brand is what I use. I cannot get it at my local hardware store anymore. I love the ease of installation, never leaks once installed, and lasts longer than recommended (I am terrible at changing filters). We never have an issue with the water tasting funky or the ice looking/tasting different. Love my water filter!!

I've been using the Whirlpool Ice and Water Refrigerator Filter 5 for a few months now, and I’m quite pleased with its performance. Filters out all the bad chemicals.
This a great refrigerator and ice maker filter. Unlike the ones I purchased on E-BAY which were paper and filtered NO CHEMICALS OUT. I'm sticking with AMAZON from now on.

No issues whatsoever. Recommend dumping ice container and start with fresh batch. Make about 1/4 amount of ice and dump. Next batch will be perfect. Since hard to find, recommend settling up automatic delivery so you never run out.

the water is tasting like s***. What the hell
I'm extremely unhappy with this filter. Immediately after installing, the water moved very slowly through the filter. It takes seemingly forever to fill a glass of water! Now, one month in, the water is tasting like s*** . What the hell??
