Bad Machine
Its very bad machine i wasted many cup non of them sealed not used friendly at all.catalog even worst not clear at all.I don't recommended it at all i which i could returned batter then trash it.

Customer service and warranty
This machine is not what I was looking for and I got the warranty and I tried returning it and still haven’t gotten an email back and this was weeks ago this company is slacking don’t recommend

Bad product
Not clear set up instructions in English. Only in Chinese language instruction on the Maxine. Manual doesn’t give you clear instructions in English. Tried sealing cups at different temps but no use. Wasted lot of sealing film & cups. Not sealing complete cup. Some areas it burning some areas don’t seal. Wasted time, money. Very frustrating
