Quality as expected from XS Scuba
A great piece of gear for my regulator. Keeps the regulator positioned just right and minimizes the torque you get when using a long hose. Goes against DIR fundamentals but definitely helps position the regulator just right. Use these on all my 2nd stages. Wound not hesitate to get this.

Perfect Solution to Routing a Longer (40") Hose Under Your Arm
I've been using angle adapters like this one for two decades, and have three of these XS Scuba 110-degree adapters. Attach this between your 2nd stage and 40" hose, and you're all set to have the hose go under your arm. This creates less drag (especially noticeable in high current), and keeps the hose from getting snagged on wrecks, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Broken o ring
Im sure this could work fine, but the o ring sent with mine was broken, so its not usable. Large chunk out of the o ring. thankfully checked it before assembly, otherwise I'd have a defective second stage.

Not worth it for the price
Not worth it, helps but you still have to straighten the hose every time, still feel like no free of movement at all.

Excellent product. Works well if you want to route your second stage hose under your arm instead of out to the side.
