I used to sleep with a huge pillow to keep my knees and hips aligned, but this Huggaroo knee pillow is a much better option. It's soft and compact and does the job well. The memory foam is firm and keeps my knees from bruising each other while helping my back stay in a good position as I sleep. The outer fabric is soft and comfortable. Very nice product!

They are not one size fit all! But my legs are too skinny for the groves so i need to wear pjs when i sleep! Its too stiff sometimes make my legs feel bruised in the morning.

The Huggaroo is very solid, so some may find it too hard to begin with but keep at it, it gets better. It does help with the back/hip pain. Nice removable, washable cover.

I’m overweight and heavy chested this has helped tremendously with the strain in my lower back. I don’t wake up with a backache anymore. However I feel it’s too firm and too high. Think I will try a different brand.

I am a side sleeper and sometimes my knees are achy in the morning, so I tried this cushion. I hoped it would help but it makes me feel worse. I woke up with leg cramps a few days and the cushion is so rigid my knees are still stiff and sore in the morning. There is no feeling of comfort or support. Returned for a refund.

I never realized how much I needed this. I would frequently wedge pillows between my knees to alleviate hip pain, but they didn't help like this. The curves help keep it from sliding out of place. The cover is soft and breathable so you don't feel too warm keeping it in one place all night. It also has a good amount of squish and density. I do wish it came in a slightly larger size, but it's immensely better than using a standard pillow.

WOW!!! I have been using my Huggaroo knee pillow for a couple weeks now and I LOVE it!!! I am a side sleeper and am finally enjoying a great night's sleep with no tossing and turning due to hip or lower back pain. The pillow hold its form well and does not compress due to the weight of your leg. The zipper to the cover is well concealed and does not move around loosely and irritate your leg (like my old knee pillow). I am thrilled with my purchase. If you have these type of issues I would highly recommend the Huggaroo knee pillow. I will be purchasing one for my sister and my mom too. I will be trying other Huggaroo products as well. Thumbs up Huggaroo!!!

The foam they use is waaaaay to soft, the weight of my legs squished it down literally all the way so my knees were touching so it serves no purpose :/

I bought this product because I have suffered with hip back and knee pain since a car accident. I waited two weeks until I wrote this with you so that I would be able to share my experience. Since using this pillow, it has helped to relieve my back and my knee pain and ease some of my hip pain. It is really comfortable and allows me to get to sleep faster and have better quality sleep. The only thing I would suggest to improve is for the length of the pillow to also support the carbs but aside from that, it is totally excellent. I love my pillow And would recommend to anyone suffering with hip back and knee pain while sleeping
